Common issues
1. Do I need to register my details (eKYC) to use it?
No. Just insert the SIM (physical SIM) or scan the activation QR code (eSIM) and turn on Data Roaming. Please insert the SIM/add the eSIM 2–3 hours before boarding.
2. I didn't receive the email with my eSIM code
The email with your eSIM details (including the QR code and plan details) is sent within 5–10 minutes of successful payment.
Please check your inbox and Spam/Junk folder so you don't miss it.
If you still haven't received it after that time, please contact customer support so we can check and reissue the QR code promptly.
There are several reasons a QR code scan may fail:
1No Internet connectionYou need an Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to scan the eSIM QR code. Please keep a good connection during installation.
2Phone not eSIM-compatibleCheck Settings to make sure your phone supports eSIM.
3Not scanning from the eSIM settingsAn eSIM can only be installed by scanning the QR code in the eSIM settings — not with the Camera app or any other app.
4QR code expiredIn some cases the QR code has already been used, which also prevents scanning.
5QR code not fully inside the frameHold the phone so the whole QR code sits inside the scan frame before scanning.
4. The eSIM is installed but there's no signal
Please make sure you are in your destination country — the eSIM only works there.
Option 1: Check that Data Roaming is on and the travel eSIM/SIM is set as the main line for mobile data.
